Update March 5, 2022: We have fixed this problem! Our donation forms are working as they should. If you have any problems with your donation, please contact our team.
When you donate online through our platform, our forms have two pages with the following fields:
- Page 1: Your gift amount, name, and billing information
- Page 2: Your communication preferences, and your optional gift split between multiple charities
I did not see the second page, and could not split my donation
When you make a gift through our platform, here is how your donation should go:
- You hit “Continue” at the bottom of Page 1.
- You complete Page 2.
- You immediately receive an email confirming your donation.
- You receive your tax receipt in one to two business days after you donated.
Unfortunately, we currently have an issue with Page 2 of our forms. Here is how the process will go for you instead:
- You hit “Continue” at the bottom of Page 1.
- You do not see a Page 2. See the screenshot below.
- You do not receive an immediate confirmation email.
- You may or may not receive your tax receipt in one to two business days.

I experienced this issue, what do I need to do?
If you just made a gift to one charity or fund, you do not need to do anything. We will issue your tax receipt as soon as we are able to.
If you were seeking to split your gift between multiple charities or funds, please send us an email ([email protected]) with the following information:
- The date of your donation
- What charity or charities you would like your gift to support
We will update your donation to reflect the split, and we will issue your tax receipt as soon as we are able to.
